Privacy and cookies
How PuttingControl uses the information you share through this website.
Who handles your data?
PuttingControl, Raymond Scheffer, Golflaan 1, 5683 RZ Best, Netherlands. For questions about your data, email raymond@puttingcontrol.nl or call +31 6 12771402.
Enquiries and registrations
We use your name, email address and details you provide, such as your phone number, handicap and message, to answer your enquiry and arrange your appointment or masterclass. This is necessary to prepare or provide a service at your request. We do not use these details for newsletters or advertising.
Storage and service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Turso stores enquiries and registrations, which authorised administrators can access. Resend sends notifications to Raymond. Digital Horizon manages the website and secure administrator access. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the applicable processing agreements and transfer safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, provide the agreed service and meet any legal record-keeping requirements. We then delete data that is no longer needed. Technical security data helps prevent abuse; the temporary submission limit uses a cryptographic derivative of your IP address and expires after 15 minutes.
Cookies and external services
Public pages do not require login cookies. Administrators use essential session cookies to sign in securely. Google Maps loads only when you choose to load it. Links to WhatsApp, Google, Instagram and LinkedIn open external services with their own privacy policies. A WhatsApp enquiry is saved with us first; you then send the WhatsApp message yourself.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data and object to its processing where the GDPR allows. Email raymond@puttingcontrol.nl to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
